Orzo With Chicken And Veggies

Whose children and husband are sick of the same weeknight casseroles and tacos? ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ I know mine are.

You know itโ€™s bad when your eight-year-old asks mid-bite, โ€œMom, when are we going to eat something else for dinner?โ€

With that blow to the heart, I tore open my recipe books and whipped up a new dish that is both tasty and realistic for the weeknight scramble of sports practice, homework, and dinner.
